There have been many changes these past few years – Changes at work, at home, how we shop, how we learn, how we communicate. Change can be positive, like a new car or painful, like a personal loss.
The changes that can be difficult to understand and adjust to are those that are unexpected and out of our control, like a pandemic or inflation. People deal with change in various ways – some try to escape and take action to avoid it; some try to control it by being proactive and part of the change. Often it is a mixture of both. We cannot control change, but we can control how we respond to it.
By acknowledging the situation, exploring the facts, and staying positive, it helps individuals and organizations successfully move forward. It sounds so simple, but we all know it is not.
At Enduris, we are using this time of change and transition to move in a positive direction. We have learned there are better ways to operate and serve members – ways that we never thought would work or that were even possible. It helps that members are committed to the same values like integrity, service, and excellence.
However, Enduris has not changed when it comes to our passion and ability to serve our members. We continue to operate in a challenging environment where costs are rising, but through our risk management measures we have kept the member’s cost down while keeping our responsiveness and service consistent with the quality Enduris is known for. We look forward to serving our members in the new policy year beginning September 1, 2022.
