I recently heard someone talk about the “customer experience” and that people care about experiences more than ever. We want to have speedy and accurate interactions that meet or exceed our expectations and leave us feeling appreciated.

Risk management and insurance coverage is necessary and exists in many forms. Not all of these may seem like ‘experiences’, but when a moment of crisis or a large loss occurs, it is these experiences that can make all the difference.  Our claims team recently assisted a member in recovering after a devastating property loss, allowing them to get back to their mission of serving the public. As a risk pool, acting promptly and with a genuine appreciation for the mission of our members, allows us to ensure that members’ needs are met and expectations exceeded. 

At Enduris, risk management is approached as a partnership with members. What concerns you, concerns us. We look for solutions that meet your district’s needs and deliver our services in a thoughtful and concise manner. Our Member Relations team recently procured coverage for a multi-million dollar building on a very short timeline, thus allowing for the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony.

We look for ways to improve and appreciate the feedback from members provided in our recent Member Survey. Our sincere gratitude to those who completed the survey. The results are very positive and motivates us to do our best every day.
