Suitable for leaders at all levels in the organization, and HR Professionals.
Description:
The harassment policy is in force, the employees have been trained on what not to do, reporting is encouraged, and now comes the hard part – enforcing the rules, reinforcing training expectations, investigating complaints, and transitioning out the harassers and bullies on your team. Then, add the complicated layer of process required when an employee with a disability needs workplace accommodation or is being harassed or treated differently by coworkers. Easier said than done unless you have the right tools, insights, and suggestions for how to foster an inclusive, compliant, and respectful workplace.
This advanced interactive training goes beyond the basics, delving deep into the complexities of preventing and addressing harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, as well as managing the disability interactive process and accommodation requests. Designed with a focus on real-world application and dynamic storytelling, this program provides actionable knowledge to ensure HR professionals and leaders at all levels are equipped to uphold workplace integrity and anti-harassment expectations and guide their teams confidently through challenging times.
