Non-managers, aspiring leaders, supervisors, and anyone seeking to improve leadership and influence.

Description:

This dynamic training program empowers individuals with the skills and strategies to lead effectively with and without formal authority. Through engaging discussions, practical exercises, and real-world examples, participants will learn how to influence and inspire others, build strong relationships, and drive positive outcomes regardless of their position within an organization.

Participant Expectations:

• This is an interactive training. Participants are expected to have video camera and microphone capabilities. They must fully participate in small group breakouts and other group interactive activities by using either audio or chat features as instructed by the trainer.
• Attendance credit will be given only to registered participants. To receive credit, both sessions must be attended for the full duration.

Registration:

• Cancellations must be made at least two business days before the training.
• Registrants who fail to cancel in advance and do not attend may be charged a $50 No-Show Fee.
