We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the Labor Relations Institute, hosted by the Association of Washington Cities (AWC). Once again, our risk pool is offering scholarships for members to attend the Institute.
What’s new with LRI?
It’s the 45th anniversary of the conference!
- The conference structure will be longer than in the past several years. Early start workshop sessions are held in two sessions: from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8. There are no additional fees for the early starts; they are included in registration fees.
- AWC is offering early bird rates for city members and for AWC Associate Members.
The agenda is structured to inform and inspire.
- Enhance your skills and better understand the current legal landscape.
- Navigate emerging trends.
- Learn to solve unique problems and improve employee-management relations.
- Meet and learn from leading service and product providers.

Member Scholarships are available!
Members are eligible for one free registration per agency for the Institute. Please contact Sindy Joseph at sjoseph@enduris.us for the scholarship code.
Who should attend?
Attendance at the Institute is limited to those who solely represent the interests of management.
- City and county human resources and labor relations directors and staff, managers and administrators, department heads and supervisors, attorneys, and elected officials.
- Officials in similar positions who work for special purpose districts and state agencies.
