The Enduris Board contracts for legal counsel services. Cheryl Duryea’s contract expired, and she has since retired. We would like to acknowledge and thank Cheryl Duryea for the decades of sage legal advice she has provided to the Board since 1987. The Board Development Committee spent the last year identifying, interviewing, and selecting the new legal counsel Heather Yakely, Kutak Rock, PLLC. We are excited to have Heather onboard and look forward to her legal expertise.
