Enduris has a policy of having a qualified, independent auditor review the Pool’s claims administration and handling practices yearly. The auditor also reviews results from the members’ claims satisfaction survey, which gauges the quality of service that a member receives during the claim process.
As a government risk-sharing pool owned by members, we have an obligation to manage member claims responsibly, transparently, and with integrity.
The Enduris Claims Team has worked hard to manage the Pool’s claims with the utmost integrity, and we look forward to doing so for years to come.
