Performance evaluations have been an essential step in creating a positive, effective workplace.  Since March of this year, most workplaces have changed to "remote" in place of "in-person" environments.  This presents some new challenges in observing and assessing employee work performance and the way management evaluates.

Please join us as we explore the legal and managerial approach to measuring employees work performance.

In this webinar training participants gain insight from Mike and Connie on:

  • Anticipated questions plaguing management regarding employee work performance in this new normal
  • Managerial and legal guidelines and considerations for conducting the "new" performance reviews
  • Tools and Takeaways for current evaluation and performance assessment processes
  • Continued strategies for documenting and completing evaluations
  • Lessons learned from interactive group discussions

Participants must register in advance in order to participate.  Seats are limited to 26 registrants

Registration required two business days prior to training date.

Cancellation is required prior to the webinar.  No-Shows will be billed a fee of $75.00.
