Building Supervisory Skills 201 - Part II

This workshop is designed for managers and supervisors who have experience in their positions. The course provides participants with the opportunity to work through more complex problems in managing and supervising  employees.

Conducting Difficult Conversations:
Many supervisors avoid difficult discussions with their employees. However, improving an individual's ability to conduct difficult conversations can lower the risk of legal action and improve productivity and morale.  This session uses real-world examples to help supervisors to help supervisors have those most serious discussions. Participants will be able to conduct conversations with competence and confidence.

Presenter:
Connie Poulsen, Management Training & Consulting

Attendance to both sessions is required. No modifications.

Participants must register in advance in order to participate.

Cancellation is required prior to the webinar. No-Shows will be billed.
