This scenario-based webinar is designed for new supervisors, supervisors who would like a refresher, leads and aspiring supervisors to help them become comfortable in dealing with some of the less frequent but risky supervisory issues that may arise.

Participants will work through real-life scenarios in groups and then hear about best practices from the instructor. The webinar will provide tips regarding giving feedback specific to behavioral issues, as well as providing guidance regarding harassment, discrimination, and retaliation issues. The webinar will also cover other employee risk issues such as intoxication, workplace violence, ethics, disability accommodation, and labor relations.
