The impact of COVID-19 has required us to "stay at home" creating several challenges for employers to manage employees remotely.  WCIA has prepared a webinar providing tools and tips for management teams to implement during the current crisis and beyond.  

Connie will share insights into and best practices for:

  • Leadership - Acknowledging your role and aspects of good role modeling
  • Culture Change - Observing the Short v. Long Term, video and transitioning cultures
  • Expectations - Establishing clear direction, the framework and employee opportunities
  • Communications - Defining personal, social & Professional interaction protocol
  • Current Issues - Leading mixed teams, dealing with conflict remotely, keeping employees engaged
  • Dialogue and Q & A - Share your questions; learn what others are doing
